OnJuly27,1986,Queenperformedthelargest-everstadiumconcertattheNépstadioninBudapestinfrontof80,000ecstaticfans.TheconcertwaspartofthefamedMagicTour,whichwasthelasttimethebandtouredwithleadsingerFreddieMercury.Now,thisoriginalconcertfilmhasbeenremasteredinhighdefinitionandfeaturesmanyofQueen’sfavoritetracks—"BohemianRhapsody,""CrazyLittleThingCalledLove,""IWantToBreakFree"and"WeAreTheChampions."Inaddition,thisspecialcinemaeventisintroducedbyadocumentaryfeaturethatgivestheinsidetrackoneventsleadinguptotheBudapestconcert.WiththreeyearstogobeforethefalloftheBerlinWall,thiswasthefirstWesternrockconcertperformedinastadiumbehindthethenIronCurtain.ItwasofsuchsignificancetotheHungarianauthoritiesandfilmindustrythatagroupofthecountry’stopfilmcameramenandtechnicianswerebroughttogethertofilmitforposterity.Usingarchivefootagefromrehearsals,interviewswiththebandandontheroadduringtheMagicTour—someofwhichhasneverbeenseenbefore—thisfascinatingintrofeaturehasbeenspeciallycreatedforcinemarelease.
