While answering a distress call from a young girl whose mother has lost consciousness, paramedics David Vaughn (Johnny Me{Ziyuantun.Com}ssner) and Victor Hernandez (Jon Huertas) are drawn into a trap by a secret cult. The men's resistance is put to the test when they are taken to an isolated building for brainwashing.
